Assistance

Customer support is free of charge but we would prefer that you initially log all requests by e-mail. This allows us to assess the problem as defined by the Customer. However if you don't have an e-mail account of your own then of course you should call us on 07817 776720, preferably after 6pm.

In certain instances support is reliant on Customers having made a backup of their LoftOrganiser or SecPro files. See the Downloads sections in the LoftOrganiser and SecPro sections to find out how to do this! To facilitate this an external storage media such as a CD-rewriter, External Hard Drive, or USB 'Flash Drive' (aka 'Memory Stick') will be required. This is because:-

  1. If data loss has arisen through hard disk failure, you will be able to reinstall a recently saved copy of the data file.
  2. If the problem requires PBO Solutions to work directly on the data file, a CD copy can quickly be created by you and sent to us.

If you have Windows XP installed on your PC or Laptop then you will also have a useful utility program called Remote Assistance accessible from your Start > All Programs listing. To learn how to setup a remote access session for me to log directly onto your computer click this link
