Customer support is normally free of charge but we would prefer that you initially log all requests by e-mail. This allows us to assess the problem as defined by you, the Customer. However if you don't have an e-mail account of your own then of course you should call us on 07817-776720, preferably after 6pm. In certain instances support is reliant on Customers having made a backup of their LoftOrganiser or SecPro files. See the Downloads sections in the LoftOrganiser and SecPro sections to find out how to do this! To facilitate this an external storage media such as a CD-rewriter, External Hard Drive, or USB 'Flash Drive' (aka 'Memory Stick') will be required. This is because:-
I also use a useful utility program called Instant Housecall that 'connects' two remote computers and allows me to provide a range of customer support services. Note: To ensure that your WINDOWS operating system runs at its most efficient level please ensure that you are downloading all available WINDOWS UPDATES at regular intervals. This will help to ensure that any required WINDOWS functionality is available to our LoftOrganiser and SecPro programs, as well as all other programs loaded on your computer! !! Customer support services will be immediately withdrawn from any customer if DIY interference in the database program is discovered and/or an unlicensed version of our programs are installed on the customer's PC or Laptop. |
