Tony and Lee race as A & L Painter and fly predominantly in the Wolverhampton Federation in the heart of the West Midlands – long renowned as being a hotbed for Sprint Racing. Over the years their birds have won an awful lot for them and make them very proud. They have won numerous RPRA Awards, represented the UK in the Olympiade where their own “CHAMPION OLYMPIC TAFFY” won 4th Best Sprint Pigeon etc. They’ve won 1st Open in the MCC, won 1st SW Section in the MNFC and topped more or less every Federation that they’ve competed in. Numerous Open Races have been won as well as Gold Ring Races etc. In 2018 they won the Old Bird Inland Averages in the Wolverhampton Federation … a tough prize to win with many household-name sprint lofts competing in this Federation week in week out. They’ve been fortunate enough to supply many lofts throughout the UK with winners and many of them return to purchase more birds.
